2. General information

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).

3. Hosting and server log files

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, phone number, message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Shipment data from our clients

When carrying out transport and delivery orders, we process recipient data (name, address and, where applicable, phone number and tracking number) solely to fulfil the order concerned. Depending on the contract, we act as a processor for our clients under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is deleted once delivery is complete and the statutory retention periods have expired.

6. Job applications

We process application documents you send us to carry out the application process on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. If no employment relationship results, we delete the documents no later than six months after the process has ended.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. For details, see our cookie policy.

8. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.
